Qualcomm is hiring a Business Operations Analyst, Associate to join its Global Commercial Operations (GCOps) team under the Global Business & Finance Support (GBFS) function. This role is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of sales operations, analytics, and business processes.

You will support day-to-day Sales Operations activities such as cancellations, pushouts, forecasting, and pipeline health management. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Business Operations, and global HQ teams to ensure data accuracy, smooth execution, and strong operational discipline.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally connected environment with tight timelines.

What you’ll work on:

• Managing end-to-end Cancel and Pushout (PO) processes with timely approvals and system updates
• Maintaining strong pipeline governance and monitoring opportunity stages
• Supporting monthly forecasting and aligning pipeline health with revenue planning
• Collaborating with Sales, Finance, BizOps, and Operations teams for issue resolution
• Delivering dashboards and reports on pipeline KPIs, cancellations, and forecast accuracy
• Implementing process improvements and automation to increase efficiency
• Ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and proper documentation
• Maintaining SOPs, SLAs, and operational checklists
• Supporting HQ reviews and global coordination calls

Key Technical Skills:

Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Systems (SFDC), ERP Systems (SAP/Oracle), Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Data Analysis, Forecasting, Pipeline Management

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Operations or Sales Operations
• Master’s degree in Business Management, Analytics, or Operations
• Strong understanding of sales pipeline, forecasting, and cancel/PO processes
• Working knowledge of CRM/ERP tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle
• Strong skills in Excel and user-level experience with Power BI or Tableau
• High attention to detail with a strong data hygiene mindset
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work evening shifts or global calls (8 PM–11 PM IST or 2:30 PM–11:30 PM IST)
